Returns Policy:

Venture Foods UK Ltd wants to provide you the very highest quality products. If a product is not to your satisfaction for reasons other than damage or breakage, please contact us before returning the product.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Venture Foods UK Ltd will always replace faulty or damaged products free of charge. Breakages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please return your items to us in their original packaging within 14 days of the date on which you received them. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.

Please contact us. If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and will keep you fully informed throughout the process.

Refunds Policy:

After receiving your returned products, we will normally process the refund within 3 working days, but in case of busy times, please allow for up to fourteen 5 working days of receiving your returned items. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your account, depending on your bank / credit card company. Shipping costs are not refundable, and customer is liable for return cost unless item is faulty or damaged – if item faulty please email us on info@geoorganics.co.uk.
