The couriers we have chosen offer quick reliable services to get your parcels to you safely and timely manner. Once your address details have been uploaded to their server, you will receive an email or/and an SMS with a delivery update. You will then have the ability to change the delivery slot to suit your needs.

We currently send parcels with Royal Mail or DPD.

Late Deliveries (UK):
If your order has been delivered late you may be entitled to a refund on these costs. Standard delivery services are not guaranteed services and will only be refunded if the time delay is unreasonable. Geo Organics cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is at fault.

We will not offer compensation or be held accountable unless we have signed a guarantee contract for delivery. If you require a law binding contract, this must be made at least 2 days in advance.

Damaged Orders:
Although we do our very best to pack every order with care, there are times when a package might get damaged during it's journey to your door. If your goods arrive in an unfit state, please refuse delivery and
contact us so we can resend your order quickly and report the damage.

If you are unable to refuse the delivery and your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within in 48 Hours of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required or the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund. Our courier services do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays so any orders made on Friday before 13:00 will be delivered on the following Monday and any orders made before or on a bank holiday will not be delivered until the following days.
