Indian Balti Curry

A lighter version of the Indian takeaway classic, balti is a tomato-based curry

  • Ingredients

    1 large diced onion
    225g of vegetables or meat of choice
    1 tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil
    GEO ORGANICS BALTI CURRY PASTE.
    200g tinned chopped tomatoes

  • Method

    Sizzle: Heat 2 tbsps of cooking oil, add 1 large diced onion and fry until soft.
    Add 1/2 jar of GEO ORGANICS BALTI CURRY PASTE and heat for 1 min to release the flavours. Add 400g of vegetables or meat and cook for 5 mins.
    Stir in 200g of tinned chopped tomatoes and 50ml of water, simmer gently until cooked through.
    Enjoy: Add 2 tbsps of plain yogurt and enjoy with rice or naan bread.
